There is a real possibility that the team with the No.1 draft pick in this year’s draft will start out the season 4-0. After just two wins a season ago, the Chiefs are sitting at 3-0, and get a Giants team coming off of a 38-0 shutout loss to the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.

New York appears to have problems outside of just running the football, which we already knew they would have coming into the season. But with Eli Manning seemingly ineffective so far this year, and the amount of turnovers that New York has committed through three games, it’s hard to think that they could make that extensive of a correction in just one week.

Combine that with the fact that Kansas City seems to be meshing well on both sides of the ball and implementing Andy Reid’s offensive gameplan, the Chiefs are playing with plenty of confidence.

The defense of Kansas City is very underrated as well, and should give the Giants offense plenty of problems.

The Chiefs managed to shut down the up-tempo offense of the Eagles by forcing turnovers, which included a pick-six by safety Eric Berry. That is not a good recipe for the Giants, who are turnover-prone through three games so far.

This one should be very interesting, as Kansas City will definitely be favored to move to 4-0 on the season and challenge Denver in the AFC West.
