The Bears passed their first real test with flying colors last Thursday, blowing out the Oklahoma Sooners at home. But Baylor wants to continue to build off of that momentum and keep their Big 12 and national championship hopes alive.
The Bears are No.5 in the latest BCS rankings, and will need some help with losses from teams in front of them. They got that with Oregon last week but will need a lot more than that to take place.
Of course, Baylor has a tough enough schedule in front of them that warrants their full attention, including against Oklahoma State and Texas to close out the season.
As for Texas Tech, it’s been a disappointing month of November so far where they haven’t won a game yet. The Red Raiders have just two more games left on the schedule, and a win over the Bears would be their biggest win. Texas Tech still leads the country in passing offense, so they can put up some yards on the Bears. They will have to do that to keep up with the scoring and if the Red Raiders are to win, this game could be a very high-scoring affair.
Texas Tech does get this one at home which will help them and if they can get the game to the fourth quarter than they will definitely have a shot at this one.
